A mixture of bulbing and pernnial herb fennel. Thick hollow stems and attractive fethery green foliage. The aniseed flavoured seeds can also be used.

Usage: Can use the whole plant. The bulb is good in salads and roasting. The foliage and seeds provide an aniseed flavored herb. Will self seed.
